Apart from all things ordinary, like going sightseeing in London, here are a few things I enjoyed doing while I was there and learned from the people who are ''in the know''. Have a real English breakfast. My suggestion is Alpino, a sweet little restaurant/snack bar in Chapel Market. The food is really delicious and surprisingly inexpensive there.
